Previously, Elaine pioneered the UDR software platform focused on customer self-service to achieve unprecedented adoption rates. She also acquired, stabilized, and disposed of a total of 130 assets worth $2.7 billion located in numerous US markets within just 3 years.

Justin Alanis is the co-founder and CEO of Rentlytics, an analytics platform built to solve the core challenges of modern multifamily businesses today. Prior to starting Rentlytics, Justin was a real estate industry executive and managed an extensive portfolio of real estate assets. He was most recently Partner at a San Francisco-based Real Estate Private Equity firm with more than $1 billion worth of assets under management.
A recognized expert on business intelligence and big data, Justin often lends his knowledge at industry events and has spoken on topics such as disruptive analytics, technology in property management, and CRE venture financing.
Steve Lefkovits is a Partner at RealtyCom Partners, LLC, the multifamily housing industry’s largest telecommunications consulting firm. He is also the owner and executive producer at Joshua Tree Conference Group and Joshua Tree Consulting. JTCG provides content-rich executive education and management advice for the multifamily housing industry.
Steve previously served as Vice President for Finance and Technology of the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC) in Washington, D.C. While at NMHC, he pioneered the NMHC Technology Forum, a new business practice area devoted to the efficient, profitable adoption of technology in the multifamily industry.
With over 20 years of experience providing strategic advice to real estate firms, Steve is an apartment industry expert who is highly skilled at identifying and emphasizing an organization’s strongest lines of business.
Charles is a Managing Director for Nexwave Capital and Tishman Realty, a vertically integrated real estate owner and developer based in New York. Charles has had an extensive career in real estate, both on the public and private side. He brings a unique perspective, having worked with and invested in technology companies within the real estate sector starting in the late 1990s.
Before joining Tishman, Charles was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York, ran real estate investments at Moon Capital, a global long-short fund, and was Co-Head of Global Property Securities for Macquarie Investment Management. Prior to that Charles was a Senior Portfolio Manager for Black Creek Global Advisors and Dividend Capital Investments. Charles started his career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers in Asset Backed Securities.
