First Communities is the latest multifamily operator to join forces with Pillow by adopting their intuitive software and allowing their tenants to list their units as short-term rentals on Airbnb.

First Communities, who operates assets for clients like Centennial Holding Co., has been eager about the partnership and pushing to add Pillow in their communities. First Communities sees this as a solution that protects their relationship with residents without being overbearing. Residents aren’t resentful, and feel that management is on their side, which keeps them happy about their living situation. First Communities knows that Airbnb has been happening, and this tool allows them to to take control over the situation.

Centennial, the Atlanta-based real estate investment firm specializes in Class-A multi-family properties. Their typical buildings are more than 125 units and feature contemporary upscale design and close proximity to employment, entertainment and recreation destinations. Two of their properties have been selected to incorporate Pillow’s short-term rental management system.

In downtown Atlanta, residents of Century Skyline apartments are now able to offer their units on Airbnb for short-term rentals. These apartments feature modern luxurious details like hardwood floors and granite countertops. The complex offers a rooftop pool and clubroom. Century Skyline is located within walking distance of midtown and downtown Atlanta. Its proximity to shopping, restaurants, bars and public transit make it a desirable location for short-term vacation rentals.

In uptown Houston, residents of Century Galleria Lofts will also have the opportunity to offer their units as short-term rentals through Pillow. Century Galleria Lofts offers one, two and three bedroom units with an artistic combination of sophistication and comfort. Guests at the Lofts can also enjoy a resort-style pool, clubhouse and state-of-the-art fitness center. These luxury apartments are centrally located in the middle of uptown Houston’s urban scene, and downtown, the museum district, Greenway Plaza and the Texas Medical Center are all easily accessible.
